Terms of Trade You can purchase vehicles in Japan from newjapancars.com in Japanese yen. Prices can be viewed with full vehicle details once you receive your login and password after signing in. You can have the option to purchase from newjapancars.com. Dealer Direct (direct from dealers in Japan ). Vehicles are available for your purchase online. Prices are quoted in Japanese yen either in FOB or CIF terms depending on the market settings of a particular region.
All our prices are negotiable and inquiries are welcome. FOB or CIF rates can also be negotiated upon request.
50% of the total amount shall be paid by Telegraphic Transfer (TT), direct credit, other arrangements with in 3 days after upon sales contract date.

Shipment Vehicles are shipped as soon as possible after deposits are confirmed and the shipping lines confirm space availability.
Retention of Title No title to any vehicle is transferred to the customer until newjapancars.com receives all the necessary payment and appropriate documents are released. If payment is not received by the due date, we may enter any premises where the goods are and repossess them.
Confidentiality We dont share, sell or reveal any information about our customers to any unassociated organisation.
Guarantee All vehicles exported by newjapancars.com undergo a stringent screening process inspection before shipment.

On Refunds: Refund request shall be accommodated only if the customer has a credit balance and if there are no pending units in the account.
To protect the company from any liability in connection with the implementation of your request or instruction, request for refund will only be returned to the original bank account where the money was received from.
Furthermore, bank charges incurred will be shouldered by the customer therefore the amount the customer will receive shall be net of bank charges.
